Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to LARPZ (the "Service"), a Florida-based entertainment software product available at larpz.de. By purchasing a license or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LARPZ provides a fictional banking-style interface for entertainment and content creation. It is not a financial service. See our Disclaimer for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

3. License

• Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for the plan duration (e.g. 7 days, 30 days, or lifetime as sold).
• Codes are typically bound to one device/browser. Sharing or reselling codes is prohibited.
• We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, chargeback-style disputes on crypto matching, or Terms violations — including without refund where appropriate.

4. Payments

Plans are paid in cryptocurrency to the addresses shown at checkout. You must send the exact amount displayed. Detection depends on public blockchain data and third-party APIs; delays can occur. License delivery is automated after a matching payment is confirmed by our systems.

5. Refunds

Because access is digital and delivered automatically after on-chain confirmation, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we determine a technical failure prevented delivery of a valid license after a confirmed matching payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service as described in the Disclaimer (no deception, fraud, or fake proof of funds). You also agree not to attack, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or disrupt the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The LARPZ software, branding, and marketing materials are owned by us or our licensors. Parody UI elements are for entertainment; they do not grant you rights in third-party trademarks.

8. Distribution

LARPZ is not distributed via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Official access is only through larpz.de (web / PWA).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected license.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
