This Privacy Policy explains how LARPZ ("we", "us") handles information when you visit larpz.de, purchase a license, or use the demo app. We are based in Florida, United States.

What we collect

• Purchase email (optional): if you provide an email at checkout, we use it to send your license code and related order notices.
• Telegram username (optional): if you provide it at checkout, we store it with the order so support can match purchases to Telegram accounts when you contact us.
• Payment metadata: crypto network, expected amount, wallet address used for matching, transaction hash when detected, plan type, and order timestamps. We do not receive private keys or seed phrases.
• License & account data: license code, device binding ID, passcode hash (not the passcode itself), optional WebAuthn credentials, and your fictional demo profile JSON (balances, transactions, etc.).
• Technical logs: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request paths) for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

• Government IDs, KYC documents, or bank account numbers
• Seed phrases, private keys, or real wallet recovery data
• Payment card details for crypto checkout (crypto only)

How we use data

• Deliver and verify license codes
• Match on-chain payments to orders
• Persist your demo app data and session
• Prevent multi-device abuse of a single license
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service

Sharing

We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery, blockchain APIs) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service against fraud or abuse.

Cookies & local storage

We use session cookies for login state and local storage for license/device identifiers needed to reopen the app on the same device. Marketing pages do not rely on advertising trackers for core function.

Retention

Order and license records are kept as long as needed to provide access and handle disputes. Demo profile data is stored while your account/license remains active. You may request deletion of personal email or account records by contacting us (subject to legitimate retention needs such as fraud prevention).

Security

We use HTTPS and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use the Service at your own risk.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. Do not purchase or use LARPZ if you are under the age required in your jurisdiction.
