Fair Use

LARPZ is built for entertainment, parody, and content creation. This Fair Use policy explains what is allowed and what is not. It supplements our Terms and Disclaimer.

Allowed

• Personal jokes, pranks among consenting friends, and comedy skits
• Screenshots, screen recordings, and social posts that are clearly fictional / for entertainment (e.g. creator content, memes)
• Customizing demo balances, transactions, stocks, and crypto inside the app
• Installing the official PWA from larpz.de on your own device

Not allowed

• Presenting LARPZ screens as real bank balances or proof of payment
• Using the app to obtain loans, housing, goods, services, visas, or any financial / legal benefit under false pretenses
• Impersonating a licensed financial institution or Revolut
• Reselling, leasing, or publicly redistributing license codes
• Claiming LARPZ is available on the App Store or Google Play

Parody & trademarks

Visual similarity to real banking apps is for parody and satire. You do not receive any trademark rights. Do not use LARPZ materials in a way that suggests official partnership with Revolut or other brands.

Enforcement

We may refuse service, reset device bindings, or invalidate licenses when we reasonably believe Fair Use or the Terms have been violated. Serious misuse may be reported to relevant authorities.
